What We Check
Each piece is checked for finish, clasp strength, stone setting and overall look. Our jewellery is artificial fashion jewellery and is not sold as precious metal.
Keep your order confirmation — it is what we need for an exchange or return.
How We Inspect
Every batch is inspected before it is packed. Pieces that do not meet our finish standard do not get packed, full stop.
Pieces are then inspected individually for setting security, clasp strength and finish before they are boxed.
